We are currently seeking Advertising Sales Professionals in Orlando, Atlanta and the Northern Virginia areas to help grow our small company: 

Job Description
Successful Advertising Sales Professionals for NPEP will posses these core competencies: Passion for Sales, Ownership Mentality, Proven Sales Skills, Confidence, Energy, Positive Attitude and Persistence.

Responsibilities Include  

  • Develop and aggressively grow sales in designated geography through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through effective account management and service. Ensure their understanding of our services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service through training and customer support.
  • Ensure satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs of the customers.
  • Participate in the local Associations and attend necessary industry events and meetings. Leverage these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Help proactively market NPEP to communities in territory and convey the advantages of our services.
  • Live in market area while working out of home office. Candidates will work from home and be responsible for attaining specific revenue and account base goals.

Required Skills  

  • 2 to 6 years of solid account management and sales experience.
  • Apartment industry sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with the Market and the community's rental properties base preferred but not required.
  • A proven outside sales and account management track record.
  • Technical skills to include, computer literacy/familiarity with the Internet and MS Office.

  • Candidates must have a winning attitude and be able to work effectively in a self-motivated environment.
  • Clear communicator with a winning personality.
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Well organized, with strong relationship building capabilities.
  • Proactive, results oriented, self starter.
  • Ability to quickly assess needs of customers.

Position Type
This is a work-from-home position beginning on a part-time basis. Initial compensation is hourly + commissions.
